Meet Shelley Cunningham
Shelley Cunningham is consistently one of RE/MAX Select Realty's top residential sales representatives and has been helping home buyers and sellers achieve their goals in the Lower Mainland’s real estate market since 1994. She is a five-time member of the Medallion Club, earning that place by being in the Top 10 percent of Vancouver Real Estate Board members.
Over the past 21 years, Shelley has set herself apart from other agents by striving to understand and respond to each client's individual goals and needs. She takes the necessary time to understand each unique situation and guide her clients through the buying-and-selling process with the goal of realizing the best financial and personal outcome for them.
Shelley's demeanor is warm and responsive. She possesses a great analytical understanding of the Vancouver real estate market. Shelley is well respected by her colleagues and is known locally for the Free Home Buyers Workshop, which she presents in partnership with a mortgage broker at local community centres. When you work with Shelley, you have a network of professional expertise available to you.
Apart from running a successful business, Shelley is an active, hands-on volunteer with several organizations. She has served as a board member of the animal advocacy group, The Penny Foundation Dog Rescue Society. She has fostered many dogs, and has two rescue dogs of her own, Lola and Kahlo. As well, Shelley is active in palliative care and is a Certified Bedside Volunteer with the Vancouver Hospice Society.
"People often think my work with the hospice is very different from real estate. I see them as the same; they're both about listening and empathy.” - Shelley Cunningham
